A cutting line of the suction port (20) is at least partially formed by a cross section of a horn type (22) or a semicircle (23). Therefore, a speed in a sea water suction inflow unit is reduced for a marine ecosystem not to be damaged, and at the same time, a pressure loss in a front end of a sea water inflow pump is reduced to smoothly perform sea water inflow operation.
