The present invention relates to an underwater sonic sensing cable whereby a sonic detection range is widened and reliability of a sonar sensing result is improved. The sonic sensing cable comprises: a cable core including a plurality of sonic sensor modules arranged at predetermined intervals in a longitudinal direction of the cable to detect sonic waves, at least one circuit module processing signals sensed by the sonic sensor modules or supplying electric power, and a connection member connecting the sonic sensor modules and the circuit module in a row in the longitudinal direction of the cable; a buoyancy member provided in a connection region of the connection member; an insulating material surrounding the buoyancy member; and a tensile material spirally surrounding the insulating material. The sonic sensing cable can be towed with one end connected to a tow cable having negative buoyancy, and has neutral buoyancy in water and a length of several tens meters to several hundreds of meters.
