The present invention relates to a room outside air inflow minimization device mounted under the chair of a room in an urban railway. The device comprises: a blowing means with a blower fan which is provided under the passenger chair installed in a room of an urban railway vehicle, and discharges the air in the passenger room to a doorway provided with a door or moves the air from the doorway into the passenger room; and a device controller which controls the blowing means in accordance with an opening and closing state of the door to control the blower fan to discharge the indoor air to the doorway or move the air on the doorway side indoors. According to the present invention, the air is moved from the side of the chair in a doorway direction or from the doorway to the side of the chair when the door is opened for passengers to get on and off at the time of operating the urban railway vehicle, thereby minimizing the volume of outside air that flows into the passenger room of the urban railway vehicle through the doorway.

    본 발명은 도시철도 객실 의자 하부취부형 객실 외기유입 최소화 장치에 관한 것으로; 도시철도 차량의 객실 내에 설치되는 승객용 의자의 하부에 구비되어 출입문이 구비되는 출입구로 객실내부의 공기를 배출하거나 출입구에서 객실 내부로 공기를 이동시키는 송풍팬이 구비되는 송풍수단; 및 상기 출입문의 개폐상태에 따라 상기 송풍수단을 제어하여 출입구로 실내 공기를 배출하거나 또는 실내로 출입구쪽 공기가 이동하도록 상기 송풍팬을 제어하는 장치제어기;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 도시철도차량의 운행시 출입문을 승객의 승하차를 위해 개방시 의자의 측면에서 출입구방향으로 또는 출입구에서 의자의 측면으로 공기를 이동시켜 출입구를 통해 도시철도 차량의 객실 내부로 외부의 공기가 유입되는 것을 최소화할 수 있다.
