The present invention relates to a polyurethane foam to reduce release of formaldehyde and acrolein and, more specifically, to a polyurethane foam to reduce release of harmful components by adding a liquid aldehyde reducing agent in a polyol system. The polyurethane foam is prepared by a polyol system comprising polyol, a surfactant, a foaming agent and a liquid aldehyde reducing agent.
본 발명은 포름알데하이드 및 아크롤레인의 방출이 저감된 폴리우레탄 폼에 관한 것으로서, 폴리올 시스템에 액상 알데하이드 저감제를 첨가에 의해 유해성분의 방출을 저감시키는 폴리우레탄 폼에 관한 것이다. 상술한 종래기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 본 발명에 의하면, 폴리올, 정포제, 발포제 및 액상 알데하이드 저감제를 포함하는 폴리올 시스템으로 제작된 포름알데하이드 및 아크롤레인의 방출이 저감된 폴리우레탄 폼을 제공한다.
