본 발명은 차량의 주유 스위치 조작 시 배터리의 충전이 이루어지고 있는지를 판단하는 배터리 충전여부 판단 단계 및 상기 배터리 충전여부 판단 단계에서 배터리가 충전중인 것으로 판단되면, 차량 주유구의 개방을 차단하는 주유구 개방 차단 단계를 포함한다.
