The present invention relates to a system and method of controlling a relay independently using a bimetal. The bimetal is operated based on a signal outputted from a microcontroller unit when a current equal to or greater than a threshold value flows on a circuit. A current flowing between the battery and the relay is bypassed to the bimetal. So, the relay can be independently controlled regardless of the abnormality of a circuit pattern. The system includes a bimetal part and a switching part.

    본 발명은 회로 상에 임계값 이상의 전류가 흐르는 경우 마이크로 컨트롤러 유닛으로부터 출력되는 신호를 기반으로 하여 바이메탈이 동작되도록 함으로써, 배터리와 릴레이 간에 흐르는 전류가 바이메탈로 우회하여 흐르도록 하여 회로 패턴의 이상 유무에 관계없이 릴레이를 독립적으로 제어할 수 있는 바이메탈을 이용한 릴레이 독립 제어 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
