Disclosed are a device for controlling rolling of an offshore floating substance, and a method therefor. According to the present invention, an offshore floating substance has a weight which can be vertically moved in order to control metacentric height (GM) of the offshore floating substance in real-time in accordance with an offshore condition while navigation of the offshore floating substance.

    해상 부유물의 횡동요 제어 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따르면 해상 부유물에 상하 운동이 가능한 중량체를 구비함으로써 해상 부유물이 항해 중인 경우 해상 조건 등에 따라 실시간으로 해상 부유물의 GM(metacentric height)를 제어할 수 있다.
