The present invention relates to a foldable safety gondola with a horizontal control function, comprising one side loading plate, the other side loading plate, and horizontal adjustment housings. The one side loading plate has a horizontally laid plate-shape, has an eye frame fixedly installed on one side of a front end of an upper surface part thereof to protrude outward from a front side, and has a rear lifting ring fixedly installed on one rear side of the upper surface part to allow a wire for a crane to be connected thereto. The other side loading plate has a horizontally laid plate-shape, is connected to the other side surface of the one side loading plate through a hinge, and is installed to be rotated only downward to be unfolded to be horizontally aligned with the other side of the one side loading plate or be positioned on a lower part of the one side loading plate while being in a folded state. The other side loading plate has an eye frame fixedly installed on one side of a front end of an upper surface part to protrude outward from a front side and a rear lifting ring fixedly installed on one rear side of the upper surface part to allow a wire for a crane to be connected thereto. The horizontal control housings are connected to a front side of one side surface of the one side loading plate and a front side of the other side surface of the other side loading plate, respectively. Each horizontal adjustment housing has an elevation rod installed to be elevated. The elevation rod has a front lifting ring fixedly installed thereon to allow a wire for a crane to be coupled thereto. The elevation rod includes a horizontal adjustment part adjusting the horizontality of the one side loading plate and the other side loading plate, which allow a delivered item to be loaded on each upper surface part in an unfolded state, while allowing a height to be adjusted by a gear-driving method through a chain member installed inside the horizontal adjustment housing and a gear box.
본 발명은 수평으로 눕혀진 판형상으로 상면부 전방끝부분 일측에는 접안프레임이 전방 외측으로 돌출되게 고정설치되고 상면부 후방 일측에는 크레인용 와이어가 연결되는 후방인양고리가 고정설치된 일측적재판과, 수평으로 눕혀진 판형상으로 일측적재판의 타측면과 힌지식으로 연결되면서 하방으로만 회동가능하게 설치되어 일측적재판의 타측에 수평으로 나란히 펼쳐지거나 일측적재판의 하부에 접혀진 상태로 위치되며 상면부 전방끝부분 타측에는 접안프레임이 전방 외측으로 돌출되게 고정설치되고 상면부 후방 일측에는 크레인용 와이어가 체결되는 후방인양고리가 고정설치된 타측적재판과, 상기 일측적재판의 일측면 전방과 타측적재판의 타측면 전방에 각각 연결설치되는 수평조절하우징이 구비되고 각 수평조절하우징에는 크레인용 와이어가 체결되는 전방인양고리가 고정설치된 승강봉이 승강가능하게 설치되며 상기 승강봉은 수평조절하우징의 내측에 설치된 체인부재와 기어박스를 통해 기어구동식으로 상하높이조절되면서 펼쳐진 상태로 상면부에 운반물이 적재된 일측적재판과 타측적재판의 수평을 조절하는 수평조절부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수평조절기능을 지닌 접이식 안전곤돌라에 관한 것이다.
