Disclosed are a contact structure of a battery relay to reduce a relay contact damage, and a battery relay apparatus having the same. To this end, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the contact structure of a battery relay comprises: a movable contact unit including at least one first embossed contact with a predetermined height formed to be adjacent to the center, and at least one second embossed contact with a structure lower than that of the first embossed contact formed outside the first embossed contact; and a fixed contact unit being in contact with the first embossed contact and the second embossed contact when power is supplied.

    릴레이 접점 손상을 줄이기 위한 밧데리 릴레이의 접점 구조 및 이를 포함하는 밧데리 릴레이 장치가 개시된다. 이를 위해, 본 실시예는 소정의 높이를 가지고, 중심에 인접하여 형성된 적어도 하나의 제1 엠보 접점과, 상기 제1 엠보 접점보다 낮은 구조를 가지고, 상기 제1 엠보 접점의 외측에 형성된 적어도 하나의 제2 엠보 접점을 구비하는 가동 접점부, 및 전원 공급시, 상기 제1 엠보 접점과 제2 엠보 접점에 접점되는 고정 접점부를 포함한다.
