The present invention relates to a horn operation structure used without an airbag on the drivers seat. A conventional horn operation structure has a complex structure when there is no airbag on the drivers seat, thereby increasing the component development period and product cost while increasing the weight due to a large number of metal components being used. According to the present invention, the horn operation structure used when there is no airbag on the drivers seat or the steering wheel of a vehicle to operate the hole includes: a steering wheel assembly (100) which is arranged on the front surface of the drivers seat to let a driver adjust the vehicle direction, includes a horn cover installation unit (110) in the center, and forms multiple steering wheel horn contact points (150) in all four directions from the horn cover installation unit (110); a horn housing (200) which is installed on the horn cover installation unit (110) of the steering wheel assembly (100) to move up and down, has a horn cover insert form installation unit (210) formed on the center, and includes a horn contact point plate (300) having multiple horn contact points (350) and elastic spring holding protrusions (220) on the lower part; a horn cover (400) including a horn housing installation unit (410) formed on the lower center to be fitted from the upper part of the horn housing (200) and be fixed and coupled thereon; and elastic springs (500) installed between the elastic spring holding protrusions (220) formed on the lower part of the horn housing (200) and the lower part of the horn cover installation unit (110) formed on the steering wheel assembly (100).

    본 발명은 운전석 에어백이 없는 경우의 혼 작동구조에 관한 것으로써, 종래의 운전석 에어백이 없는 경우의 혼 작동구조는 복잡한 구조로 이루어져 있기 때문에 부품 개발 기간이 늘어나고 제품 단가가 상승하며 금속부품이 많기 때문에 무게가 증가되는 문제점이 있었다. 따라서 본 발명은 자동차용 스티어링휠에 에어백이 없는 구비되지 않는 경우 혼을 작동시키는 운전석 에어백이 없는 경우의 혼 작동구조에 있어서, 운전자가 차량의 방향을 조절하기 위해서 운전석 전면에 설치되며, 중앙에 혼커버 설치부(110)가 구비되고, 혼커버 설치부(110)의 사방에는 다수 개의 스티어링 휠 혼 접점(150)이 형성되는 스티어링휠 어셈블리(100);와 스티어링휠 어셈블리(100)의 혼커버 설치부(110)에 상하로 유동 가능하도록 설치되며, 중앙에는 혼커버 삽입폼 설치부(210)가 형성되고, 하부에는 탄발스프링 고정돌기(220)와 다수 개의 혼 접점(350)이 형성되는 혼접점 플레이트(300)가 구비되는 혼 하우징(200);과 하부 중앙에는 혼 하우징(200)의 상부로부터 끼워져 고정 결합되는 혼 하우징 설치부(410)가 형성되는 혼커버(400);와 스티어링휠 어셈블리(100)에 형성되는 혼커버 설치부(110)의 하부와 혼 하우징(200)의 하부에 형성되는 탄발스프링 고정돌기(220) 사이에 설치되는 탄발스프링(500);으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
