The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a carbon composite leaf spring, the method comprising: a first step of opening an upper mold and inserting a first pin in a first groove on the left side of the bottom surface of a lower mold, and inserting a second pin in a second groove on the right side of the bottom surface thereof; a second step of winding a winding member around the first pin to prevent one end of the winding member from contacting the inner surface of the winding member, releasing the winding member up to the second pin, and winding the winding member around the second pin to prevent the other end of the winding member from contacting the inner surface of the winding member; a third step of stacking the winding member on another winding member while repeating the second step, thereby forming a first connection portion in which one side on the left side of the stacked winding members is ruptured, forming a second connection portion in which one side on the right side thereof is ruptured, and forming a body portion between the first connection portion and the second connection portion; a fourth step of covering the lower mold with the upper mold when the winding members are stacked to a selected thickness, and applying heat thereto to cure a resin contained in the stacked winding members; and a fifth step of opening the upper mold and taking out the stacked winding members.

    본 발명에 따른 탄소복합재 판 스프링 제조방법은, 상부몰드를 열고 하부몰드의 바닥면 좌측 제1홈에 제1핀을 꽂고, 바닥면 우측 제2홈에 제2핀을 꽂는 제1단계; 와인딩부재의 일 끝단이 상기 와인딩부재의 내면과 닿지 않도록 상기 와인딩부재를 상기 제1핀에 감고, 상기 와인딩부재를 상기 제2핀까지 풀어주고, 상기 와인딩부재의 타 끝단이 상기 와인딩부재의 내면과 닿지 않도록 상기 와인딩부재를 상기 제2핀에 감는 제2단계; 상기 와인딩부재 위에 와인딩부재들을 적층해가며, 상기 제2단계를 반복하여, 상기 적층된 와인딩부재들의 좌측에 일측이 터져 있는 제1연결부를 형성하고, 우측에 일측이 터져 있는 제2연결부를 형성하고, 상기 제1연결부와 상기 제2연결부 사이에 몸체부를 형성하는 제3단계; 상기 와인딩부재들이 설정된 두께로 적층되면, 상기 상부몰드를 상기 하부몰드에 덮고, 열을 가해서, 상기 적층된 와인딩부재들에 포함된 수지를 경화시키는 제4단계; 및 상기 상부몰드를 열고 상기 적층된 와인딩부재들을 꺼내는 제5단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
