The present invention provides a system to remove bubbles from coolant, capable of stably removing bubbles included in coolant in a coolant circulation line and quickly supplementing the coolant. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the system comprises: a coolant circulation passage allowing coolant pumped by a coolant pump to flow therethrough and having a bubble trapping space extended upwards on one side; a pressure sensor disposed on an upper side of the bubble trapping space to detect a pressure of the bubble trapping space; a reservoir tank filled with the coolant; a control valve installed in a coolant filling line connected to the bubble trapping space; the coolant pump to pump the coolant through the coolant circulation passage; and a control unit to open/close the control valve in accordance with the pressure of the bubble trapping space detected by the pressure sensor and a revolution per minute (RPM) of the coolant pump in order to supplement the coolant filling the reservoir tank to the bubble trapping space.

    본 발명의 실시예에 따른 냉각수 기포 제거시스템은, 냉각수펌프에 의해서 펌핑되는 냉각수가 흐르고, 그 일측에는 상부로 연장되는 기포 포집공간이 형성되는 냉각수 순환통로, 상기 기포 포집공간의 압력을 감지하도록 상기 기포 포집공간의 상부측에 배치되는 압력센서, 그 내부에는 냉각수가 충진되는 리저버탱크와 상기 기포 포집공간을 연결하는 냉각수 충진라인에 설치되는 제어밸브, 상기 냉각수 순환통로를 통해서 냉각수를 펌핑하는 냉각수펌프, 및 상기 리저버탱크에 충진된 냉각수가 상기 기포 포집공간으로 보충되도록, 상기 압력센서에서 감지되는 상기 기포 포집공간의 압력, 및 상기 냉각수펌프의 회전수에 따라서 상기 제어밸브를 개폐시키는 제어부를 포함할 수 있다.
