The present invention relates to a shaking damping device of a semi-submersible platform. The shaking damping device of a semi-submersible platform according to the present invention comprises: a body which is installed in a semi-submersible platform, is formed to move along a lengthwise direction of a column, and suppresses vortex induced motion in the vicinity of a column based on tidal current; a truss structure which is coupled to the body such that the vortex induced motion in the vicinity of the column based on tidal current is disturbed; and a movement means which moves the body along the lengthwise direction of the column. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a shaking damping device of a semi-submersible platform to improve a decreasing effect for vortex induced motion generated in the vicinity of a column, and to prevent breakage and flow based on repetition or strong tidal current while adjusting the position along the lengthwise direction of the column.

    반잠수식 플랫폼의 동요 감쇠 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 반잠수식 플랫폼의 동요 감쇠 장치는, 반잠수식 플랫폼(semi-submersible platform)에 설치되고, 칼럼의 길이방향을 따라 이동가능하게 형성되고, 조류에 의한 칼럼(column) 부근의 와류 유기 운동(Vortex Induced Motion)을 억제시키는 몸체; 조류에 의한 칼럼 부근의 와류 유기 운동이 교란되도록, 몸체에 결합된 트러스구조체; 및 몸체를 칼럼의 길이방향을 따라 이동시키는 이동수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 칼럼의 인근에 발생하는 와류 유기 운동에 대한 감소효과가 향상되고, 칼럼의 길이방향을 따라 위치가 조정되면서도 반복적 또는 거센 조류에 의한 파손 및 유동이 방지되도록 이루어지는 반잠수식 플랫폼의 동요 감쇠 장치를 제공할 수 있게 된다.
