Disclosed are a device and a method of supplying seawater for a floating vessel. According to the present invention, in a floating vessel having regasification equipment for re-gasifying liquefied gas, the present invention provides an effect that power consumed by a pump for supplying seawater can be reduced while making a temperature difference between a temperature of the seawater discharged after heat-exchanging with the liquefied gas in order to re-gasify the liquefied gas and a temperature of the outside seawater relatively small.
