Disclosed are a device and a method of supplying seawater for a floating vessel. According to the present invention, in a floating vessel having regasification equipment for re-gasifying liquefied gas, the present invention provides an effect that power consumed by a pump for supplying seawater can be reduced while making a temperature difference between a temperature of the seawater discharged after heat-exchanging with the liquefied gas in order to re-gasify the liquefied gas and a temperature of the outside seawater relatively small.

    해상 부유물의 해수 공급 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따르면 액화가스를 재기화하기 위한 재기화 설비를 구비한 해상 부유물에 있어서, 액화가스를 재기화하기 위하여 액화가스와 열교환한 후 배출되는 해수의 온도와 외부의 해수 온도의 차이를 비교적 작게 하면서 해수를 공급하기 위한 펌프에서 소모되는 전력을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 발생한다.
