The present invention relates to a coupling structure of a sensing module for a battery sensor assembly and a coupling method thereof and, more specifically, to a coupling structure of a sensing module for a battery sensor assembly and a coupling method thereof, which forms a PCB assay through coupling with a shunt register by caulking or rolling, thereby minimizing defects caused by laser welded-bonding and simplifying position determining and bonding processes by one process.

    본 발명은 배터리 센서 어셈블리용 센싱 모듈의 결합 구조 및 그 결합 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 션트레지스터에 코킹 또는 롤링 결합을 통해 피씨비 어세이를 형성함으로써, 종래와 같은 레이저 용접 결합으로 인한 불량 발생을 최소화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 위치 결정 및 접합 공정을 하나의 공정으로 단순화시킬 수 있는 배터리 센서 어셈블리용 센싱 모듈의 결합 구조 및 그 결합 방법에 관한 것이다.
