A method for calculating a battery charging time according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a step of measuring an input voltage applied to a charger from an input power source; a step of deriving the output power of the charger corresponding to the input voltage by referring to a previously stored first look-up table; and a step of calculating a charging time of the battery by using the output power of the charger, the input power of a low voltage DC converter, and the charge requirement energy of the battery. So, the charging time of a high voltage battery can be calculated accurately and quickly.

    본 발명의 실시예에 따른 배터리 충전 시간 계산 방법은, 입력 전원으로부터 충전기에 인가되는 입력 전압을 측정하는 단계; 미리 저장된 제1 룩업테이블을 참조하여, 상기 입력 전압에 대응되는 상기 충전기의 출력 전력을 도출하는 단계; 및 상기 충전기의 출력 전력, 저전압 직류변환기의 입력 전력 및 배터리의 충전요구에너지를 이용하여, 상기 배터리의 충전 시간을 계산하는 단계를 포함한다.
