The present invention relates to an automobile sun visor retainer prepared by injection molding a polyketone blend and, more particularly, to an automobile sun visor retainer having sufficient abrasion resistance and excellent dimensional stability. The automobile sun visor retainer is prepared by injection molding polyketone which is not blended with an antiwear agent. The polyketone is composed of carbon monoxide and at least one type of olefin-based unsaturated hydrocarbon, and includes 5-50 ppm of palladium catalyst residues. The weight distribution of the ketone polymer is 1.5-3.0.
본 발명은 폴리케톤 폴리머를 사출성형하여 제조되는 자동차용 선바이저 리테이너에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 폴리케톤 폴리머를 이용하여 사출성형하여 제조함으로써, 내마모제가 블렌딩되지 않은 폴리케톤을 이용하여 충분한 내마모성을 나타내고 치수안정성이 우수한 자동차용 선바이저 리테이너에 관한 것이다.
