An on-board device with a disturbance signal detection function according to the present invention is an ATP on-board device provided in a train, having an interface capable of communicating with an ATS ground device, and transmitting and receiving signals to and from the ATS ground device installed on a rail to control a traveling train through the interface. The ATP on-board device detects a disturbance signal which is a signal similar in frequency to a signal necessary for a train operation transmitted from the ATS ground device. According to the present invention, an STM module provided in the ATP on-board device can detect a disturbance signal as an external signal similar in frequency to a signal transmitted from the ATS ground device, thus preventing malfunction of the on-board device due to signal misidentification. Furthermore, there is an effect that the train can be operated safely and efficiently.

    본 발명의 외란 신호 검지 기능을 갖는 차상장치는 열차 내에 구비되며, ATS 지상장치와 통신 가능한 인터페이스를 구비하고, 이 인터페이스를 통하여 운행 중인 열차를 제어하기 위하여 레일 상에 설치된 ATS 지상장치와 신호를 송수신하는 ATP 차상장치에 있어서, 상기 ATP 차상장치는 상기 ATS 지상장치에서 전송하는 열차 운행에 필요한 신호와 주파수가 유사한 신호인 외란 신호를 검지하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, ATP 차상장치에 구비된 STM 모듈이 상기 ATS 지상장치에서 전송하는 신호와 주파수가 유사한 외부 신호인 외란 신호를 검지할 수 있어서, 신호 오인으로 인해 차상장치가 오동작을 일으키는 것을 방지하고, 나아가 열차 운행을 안전하고 효율적으로 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
