According to one embodiment of the present invention, a neutralizing device for ballast water of a ship comprises: a solid neutralizing agent container injecting a solid neutralizing agent into a neutralizing agent storage tank; a fluid pipe dissolving the solid neutralizing agent to supply fluid manufactured by a liquid neutralizing agent and connected to the neutralizing agent storage tank; a metal ion generating device connected to the fluid pipe and generating metal ions by electrolyzing the fluid; and an injection unit connected to the neutralizing agent storage tank and injecting the liquid neutralizing agent to the outside.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 선박의 평형수 중화장치는 중화제 저장탱크 내부로 고체중화제를 주입하는 고체중화제 용기, 상기 고체중화제를 용해하여 액체중화제로 제조하는 유체를 공급하고, 상기 중화제 저장탱크에 연결되는 유체배관, 상기 유체배관에 연결되고 상기 유체를 전기분해하여 금속이온을 발생시키는 금속이온 발생장치 및 상기 중화제 저장탱크에 연결되고, 상기 액체중화제를 외부로 분사하는 분사부를 포함할 수 있다.
