The present invention relates to a spring member for installing a silt fence and a method for installing a silt fence using the same, alleviating tension applied to a connection portion between an anchor and a wire rope for installing the silt fence and a connection portion between the silt fence and the wire rope. The present invention can prevent an accident of losing support force of the anchor for installing the silt fence or cutting the wire rope to break down the silt fence by making the spring member alleviate the tension at the connection portion between the anchor and the wire rope for installing the silt fence and at the connection portion between the silt fence and the wire even though the support force of the anchor for installing the silt fence is out of the initially designed external force condition due to wind waves, tidal currents, etc., and particularly prevent an accident of cutting the connection portion of the wire rope even though excessive tension out of the initially designed external force condition occurs. The spring member comprises: a pair of spring coupling units each of which forms an I-shaped ring at an end of one side of a rod type body and a spring hooking ball at an end of the other side and hooking and coupling the spring hooking ball to an end of a tension spring to be able to rotate 360 degrees; and the tension spring winding both side ends around the bodies of the spring coupling units and coupled in a state of being hooked by the spring hooking balls.

    본 발명은 오탁방지막 설치용 스프링 부재 및 이를 이용한 오탁방지막의 설치방법에 관한 것으로, 오탁방지막 설치용 앵커와 와이어로프의 연결부위 및 오탁방지막과 와이어로프의 연결부위에 작용하는 장력을 완화한다. 본 발명에 따르면 풍랑, 조류 등으로 인해 오탁방지막 설치용 앵커의 지지력이 최초 설계된 외력 조건을 벗어나더라도 스프링 부재가 오탁방지막 설치용 앵커와 와이어로프의 연결부위 및 오탁방지막과 와이어로프의 연결부위에서 장력을 완화하기 때문에 오탁방지막 설치용 앵커의 지지력이 상실되거나 와이어로프가 절단되어 오탁방지막이 흐트러지는 사고를 예방할 수 있고, 특히 최초 설계된 외력 조건을 벗어난 과도한 장력이 발생하더라도 와이어로프의 연결부위가 절단되는 사고를 예방할 수 있다.
