The present invention relates to a regenerative braking apparatus which is installed in a bus, a truck, an industrial facility, and etc., generates braking force and regenerative power during a high speed section, and can improve braking performance by being supplied with electricity from a battery of a vehicle during a low speed section. The regenerative braking apparatus of the present invention generates the braking force of a steel rotating object by an eddy current generated in the steel rotating object through controlling electricity supplied to a resonant circuit part, by including a stator comprising a resonant circuit part (10) with a plurality of magnetic coils and capacitors and the ring type steel rotating object performing rotary movement as to the stator. The regenerative braking apparatus of the present invention includes: a battery (110); a first switching part (120) which controls electricity applied to the resonant circuit part (10) from the battery (110) according to a first operation signal; a power stabilizing part (130) provided between the battery (110) and the first switching part (120); step-down conversion circuit parts (141, 142) provided between the battery (110) and the power stabilizing part (130); second switching parts (151, 152) controlling the electrical connection between the power stabilizing part (130) and the step-down conversion circuit parts (141, 142) according to a second operation signal; and a controller (200) which generates respective operation signals of the first and second switching parts (120, 151, 152).

    본 발명은 버스, 트럭, 산업설비 등에 설치되어 고속구간에서는 제동력 및 회생전력을 발생하고 저속구간에서는 차량의 배터리로부터 전력을 공급 받아 제동성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 회생 제동 장치에 관한 것으로, 복수의 자기 코일과 커패시터로 이루어진 공진회로부(10)가 구비된 고정자와, 상기 고정자에 대해 회전 운동이 이루어지는 환형의 스틸 회전체를 포함하여 상기 공진회로부에 인가되는 전원을 제어하여 상기 스틸 회전체에 발생되는 와전류에 의해 상기 스틸 회전체의 제동력을 발생시키는 것으로써, 배터리(110)와; 제1작동신호에 의해 상기 배터리에서 상기 공진회로부(10)로 인가되는 전원을 단속하는 제1스위칭부(120)와; 상기 배터리(110)와 상기 제1스위칭부(120) 사이에 마련된 전원안정부(130)와; 상기 배터리(110)와 상기 전원안정부(130) 사이에 마련되는 강압 변환회로부(141)(142)와; 제2작동신호에 의해 상기 전원안정부(130)와 상기 강압 변환회로부(141)(142) 사이의 전기적 연결을 단속하는 제2스위칭부(151)(152)와; 상기 제1,2스위칭부(120)(151)(152)의 각 작동신호를 발생시키는 제어기(200);를 포함한다.
