Disclosed are a sloshing reducing device using an insulation board and a manufacturing method for the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the insulation board is installed to move while supporting the surface of inner liquefied gas to the upper part and the lower part of multiple pillars. So, the sloshing reducing device maximizes support strength to prevent flow on the surface of the liquefied gas and reduces sloshing due to the flow of the liquefied gas regardless of an amount of the liquefied gas. The sloshing reducing device can prevent a liquefied gas storage tank from being damaged due to the sloshing and can reduce the flow on the surface of the liquefied gas using an insulation material formed of polyurethane with high strength and a flame retarding property. Therefore, the sloshing reducing device can fundamentally prevent the generation of evaporation gas by reducing evaporation on the surface due to the flow of the liquefied gas. Thus, the sloshing reducing device is formed of the insulation material formed of the polyurethane and, therefore, can be simply manufactured.

    본 기술은 단열판을 이용한 슬로싱 저감 장치 및 그 제작 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 구체적인 예에 따르면, 단열판이 상기 다수의 기둥의 상하 방향으로 내부 액화가스 표면을 지지하면서 유동하도록 설치됨에 따라, 액화가스의 표면의 유동 현상을 제거하기 위한 지지 강도를 극대화하여 액화가스 유동에 의한 슬로싱 현상 액화가스 양에 상관없이 저감 가능하고, 슬로싱 현상으로 인한 액화가스 저장탱크의 손상을 방지할 수 있고, 고강도 및 난연성의 폴리우레탄 계열의 단열재를 이용하여 액화가스 표면의 유동을 저감시킴에 따라, 액화가스 유동에 의한 표면의 기화 현상을 저감하여 증발가스의 생성을 근본적으로 방지할 수 있으며, 폴리우레탄 계열의 단열재를 이용하여 슬로싱 저감 장치를 형성함에 따라 간단하게 슬로싱 저감 장치를 제조할 수 있게 된다.
