The present invention relates to a powertrain-integrated power generator. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a powertrain-integrated power generator comprises: a generator installed between an engine of a vehicle and a transmission and formed to be integrated with a powertrain of a vehicle; and a power controller connected to the generator, and converting electric energy generated from the generator into an AC power source and a DC power source respectively to simultaneously supply each power source to a load device of a vehicle. As such, the present invention provides an AC power source and a DC power source according to a driving mode and, when a transient load occurs in an AC power source, enables to respond to a transient request for power supply by using a vehicle battery.
