The present invention provides a bicycle having a structure capable of forming a state where the bicycle cannot be driven by a thief and an anti-theft device of a bicycle. The bicycle includes: a frame, a front wheel and a rear wheel installed on front and rear sides of the frame, respectively; and a pedal rotated by a rider and transfers rotational force of the pedal to a rear wheel. The bicycle comprises: a rear gear, a center gear, a driven gear, a driving gear, a driving chain, a support plate, a guide elongated hole and a locking means. The rear gear is installed on a rotary shaft of the real wheel. The center gear is engaged with the rear gear. The driven gear is engaged with the center gear. The driving gear is coupled to the pedal. The driving chain is wound on the driving gear and the driven gear to transfer driving force of the driving gear to the driven gear. The support plate is installed on a rotary shaft of the center gear and a rotary shaft of the driven gear and is fixed to the frame. The guide elongated hole has an elongated shape, is vertically installed on the support plate, and allows the rotary shaft of the driven gear to be inserted to guide vertical movement of the rotary shaft. Also, the guide elongated hole is engaged with the center gear in a state where the rotary shaft of the driven gear is positioned on a lower end of the guide elongated hole and is released from the engagement with the center gear in a state where the rotary shaft of the driven gear is positioned on an upper end of the guide elongated hole. The locking means is installed on the support plate and comprises a lock and a key assembly. The lock performs an operation to protrude to an inside of the guide elongated hole. The key assembly is driven by a locking key to allow the lock to protrude to the inside of the guide elongated hole or to retreat to the outside of the guide elongated hole. In a state where the rotary shaft of the driven gear is positioned on the upper end of the guide elongated hole, the lock protrudes to the inside of the guide elongated hole to block the rotary shaft of the driven gear to be moved downward.

    본 발명은 자전거의 보관시, 절도범에 의한 자전거의 구동이 불가능한 상태를 형성할 수 있는 구조의 자전거 및 자전거의 도난방지장치를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은, 프레임과, 상기 프레임의 전후측에 설치되는 전륜 및 후륜과, 탑승자가 회전시키는 패달과, 패달의 회전력을 상기 후륜으로 전달하는 자전거에 있어서, 상기 후륜의 회전축에 설치되는 후륜기어와, 후륜기어에 물림되는 중간기어와, 중간기어에 물림되는 종동기어와, 패달에 결합된 구동기어와, 구동기어와 종동기어에 감겨 구동기어의 구동력을 종동기어에 전달하는 구동체인과, 중간기어의 회전축과 종동기어의 회전축이 설치되고 프레임에 고정되는 지지플레이트와, 지지플레이트에 장공의 형태로 상하로 설치되고 종동기어의 회전축이 끼워져 상하로 이동되는 것을 안내하되, 종동기어의 회전축이, 하단에 위치하는 상태에서 중간기어와 물림되고, 상단에 위치하는 상태에서 중간기어와의 물림이 해제되는 가이드장공과, 지지플레이트에 설치되는 것으로서 가이드장공 내로 돌출동작하는 잠금쇠와, 그 잠금쇠가 가이드장공 내로 돌출되거나 그 가이드장공 외측으로 후퇴하도록 잠금키에 의해 구동시키는 키뭉치를 포함하는 잠금수단을 포함함으로써, 종동기어의 회전축이 가이드장공 내에서 상단에 위치한 상태에서 잠금쇠가 가이드장공 내로 돌출하여 종동기어의 회전축이 하강하는 것을 차단하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
