A braking force generating device of a vehicle comprises: a rotating member; a friction member; a pressing device (26); and self-discharge type ionizers (70, 120) installed on a surface of a specific member. The self-discharge type ionizers (70, 120) changes air near the ionizer into a negative air ion in accordance with a charge amount of a positive charge charged in the specific member. Moreover, the self-discharge type ionizer draws the air ion to the positive charge of the specific member to be neutralized in order to remove a static charge to reduce the charge amount of the specific member to reduce the charge amount of a lubricant.

    차량의 제동력 발생 장치는, 회전 부재, 마찰 부재, 가압 장치(26), 특정한 부재의 표면에 설치되는 자기방전식 제전기(70; 120)를 포함한다. 자기방전식 제전기(70; 120)는, 특정한 부재에 대전하는 양의 전하의 대전량에 따라, 제전기의 주위의 공기를 음의 공기 이온으로 변화시키고, 공기 이온을 특정한 부재의 양의 전하에 끌어당겨 중화시킴으로써 제전하여, 특정한 부재의 대전량을 저하시킴으로써, 윤활제의 대전량을 저하시킨다.
