The present invention relates to a device including a separating unit (12), a dehydrating unit (14), and a liquefying unit (16), and producing synthetic fuel with CO2 generated from processes. The present invention comprises: a membrane (20) installed between the separating unit (12) and the dehydrating unit (14), and generating material gas by selectively separating CO2; a reforming unit adding H2O to the material gas and reforming the same to produce synthetic gas; and a liquid carbon compound unit (40) producing synthetic fuel by treating the synthetic gas of the reforming unit (30). Therefore, the present invention is capable of obtaining a high-value compound by converting CO2, contained in accompanying gas, into synthetic fuel, while reducing environmental pollution and additional costs by discharging the CO2 into the atmosphere or re-injecting the CO2 into the sea bottom after the separation of the CO2.

    본 발명은 분리유니트(12), 탈수유니트(14), 액화유니트(16)를 구비하고, 공정상에 발생하는 CO로 합성연료를 제조하는 장치에 있어서: 상기 분리유니트(12)와 탈수유니트(14) 사이에 설치되고, CO를 선택적으로 분리하여 원료가스를 생성하는 멤브레인(20); 상기 원료가스에 HO을 부가하고 개질하여 합성가스를 제조하는 리포밍유니트(30); 및 상기 리포밍유니트(30)의 합성가스를 처리하여 합성연료를 제조하는 액상탄소화합물유니트(40);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 수반가스 내에 함유되어 있는 CO를 이용하여 합성연료로 변환시킴으로써 고부가 화합물을 얻음과 동시에, CO를 분리 후 대기 중에 방출 혹은 해저에 재주입함으로써 발생되는 환경오염이나 추가비용을 줄이는 효과가 있다.
