The present invention relates to a temperature-raising device and a temperature-raising method to raise the temperature of a battery loaded in a vehicle. In a temperature-raising device for a battery loaded in a vehicle, the temperature-raising device comprises: a battery temperature obtaining unit formed to obtain the temperature of the battery loaded in the vehicle; an environment temperature obtaining unit formed to obtain an environment temperature; a heater formed to raise the temperature of the battery, and a controller i) to turn on or off the heater by a comparison result of the battery temperature obtained by the battery temperature obtaining unit and a predetermined threshold value and ii) to reduce and change the threshold value depending on the reduction of the environment temperature obtained by the environment temperature obtaining unit.

    차량 탑재 전지용 승온 장치에 있어서, 상기 승온 장치는, 차량에 탑재된 전지의 온도를 취득하도록 구성되는 전지 온도 취득부; 환경 온도를 취득하도록 구성되는 환경 온도 취득부; 상기 전지를 승온하도록 구성되는는 히터; 및 i) 상기 전지 온도 취득부에 의해 취득된 전지 온도와 소정의 문턱값의 비교 결과에 의거하여, 상기 히터를 온 또는 오프하고, ⅱ) 상기 환경 온도 취득부에서 취득된 환경 온도의 저하에 따라, 상기 문턱값을 저감 변경하도록 구성되는 컨트롤러를 포함한다.
