The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method to model a three dimensional shape which accurately performs an insulation attachment position marking process or the like on an object to be measured. The apparatus to model the three dimensional shape comprises: a three dimensional shape modeling unit to model three dimensional shape information of an object to be measured from measured values of a measurement unit which measures the object to be measured; a size analysis unit to extract corner points from the three dimensional shape information, and analyze a size of the object to be measured from three dimensional information of the extracted corner points; a reference point generation unit to generate a reference point corresponding to a previously prepared design data from the three dimensional shape information; and an analysis unit to analyze flatness of the object to be measured from the three dimensional shape information.
본 발명은 3차원 형상 모델링 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 피계측물을 계측하는 계측부의 계측값으로부터 피계측물의 3차원 형상 정보를 모델링하는 3차원 형상 모델링부; 3차원 형상 정보로부터 모서리점을 추출하고, 추출한 모서리점의 3차원 정보로부터 피계측물의 치수를 분석하는 치수 분석부; 3차원 형상 정보로부터 미리 준비된 설계데이터에 대응하는 기준점을 생성하는 기준점 생성부; 및 3차원 형상 정보로부터 피계측물의 평탄도를 분석하는 평탄도 분석부를 포함하는 3차원 형상 모델링 장치를 개시한다.
