The present invention provides an exhaust gas heat recycling type anti-icing system for a vessel sailing on the frozen sea, which is to prevent equipment on a deck from being frozen when a vessel is sailing on the frozen sea, by considering energy efficiency. The exhaust gas heat recycling type anti-icing system for a vehicle sailing on the frozen sea includes: an exhaust unit discharging exhaust gas generated in an engine of the vessel sailing on the frozen sea and having a heating flow path on one side; a circulation pump circulating a heat medium fluid; an electric heating pipe unit drawing the heat medium fluid pumped by the circulation pump through a first pipe and connected to a second pipe drawn to the outside of the exhaust unit by passing through the heating flow path for heat exchange between the exhaust gas and the heat medium fluid; and the deck equipment having an anti-icing flow path in the lower part, the heat medium fluid transferred through the second pipe passes through the anti-icing flow path.
