The present invention relates to a pressure sensor, measuring pressure of evaporation gas of gasoline inside a fuel tank of a vehicle. The present invention improves an arrangement structure such as a pressure sensing device or a substrate, properly selecting and applying a bonding material for bonding each device to realize a new type of sensor device realizing an optimized adaptability in the gas of gasoline or a temperature environment in order to prevent a sensor from malfunctioning.
본 발명은 자동차 연료탱크 내의 가솔린 증발가스 압력을 측정하는 압력센서에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 압력감지 소자나 기판 등의 배치 구조를 개선하고, 각 소자들 간의 접합소재를 적절히 선택 적용하여, 가솔린 가스나 온도 환경에서 최적의 적응력을 발휘할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 센서 소자를 구현함으로써, 센서 오동작 등을 방지할 수 있는 센서의 신뢰도를 확보할 수 있는 연료탱크의 압력센서를 제공한다.
