The present invention relates to the relay circuit which includes a driving control element for outputting a driving control signal in response to at least one of a first control signal and a second control signal; and a switching element which transmits battery power to a motor or an inverter in response to the driving control signal. So, the generation of electromagnetic interference (EMI) can be prevented.
