The present invention relates to a method to mount an independent cargo tank using shape information of a hull and a tank. The present invention provides the method to mount the independent cargo tank using shape information of the hull and the tank, including: a step (S110) of acquiring shape information as to the hull by including a number of hull supports formed in the hull of a gas carrier ship to mount the independent cargo tank; a step (S120) of acquiring shape information as to the independent cargo tank by including a number of tank supports formed on a lower part of the independent cargo tank to have a structure corresponding to the hull support, and a wooden block installed in each tank support; a step (S130) of detecting a step difference between the tank support and the hull support facing each other when the independent cargo tank is mounted, by detecting deformation of the independent cargo tank and the hull from the shape information acquired in the step (S110) and the step (S120); and a step (S140) of mounting the independent cargo tank on the hull, after compensating the step difference by arranging a liner between the hull support and the tank support, while the liner has a thickness corresponding to the step difference between the hull support and the tank support detected in the step (S130).

    본 발명은 상기 선체와 탱크의 형상정보를 이용한 독립형 화물탱크 탑재방법에 관한 것으로, 독립형 화물탱크의 탑재를 위하여 가스선의 선체에 형성된 다수의 선체 서포트를 포함하여 선체에 대한 형상정보를 획득하는 단계(S110); 상기 선체 서포트에 대응하는 구조를 갖도록 독립형 화물탱크의 하부에 형성된 다수의 탱크 서포트와, 각각의 탱크 서포트에 설치된 나무블록을 포함하여 독립형 화물탱크에 대한 형상정보를 획득하는 단계(S120); 상기 S110 단계와 S120 단계에서 획득된 선체와 독립형 화물탱크의 형상정보로부터 독립형 화물탱크와 선체의 변형량을 검출하여 독립형 화물탱크의 탑재시 상호 마주하는 선체 서포트와 탱크 서포트 사이의 단차를 검출하는 단계(S130): 및 상기 S130 단계에서 검출된 선체 서포트와 탱크 서포트 간의 단차에 대응하는 두께를 갖는 라이너를 선체 서포트와 탱크 서포트의 사이에 배치하여 단차를 보상한 후, 독립형 화물탱크를 선체에 탑재하는 단계(S140);로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 선체와 탱크의 형상정보를 이용한 독립형 화물탱크 탑재방법을 제공한다.
