The present invention relates to a method for controlling a brake of a parked vehicle. In a situation that a corresponding vehicle blocks the front side of a previously parked vehicle, when the driver of the previously parked vehicle moves the corresponding vehicle, the method for controlling a brake of a parked vehicle generates proper brake force to prevent the corresponding vehicle from colliding with a neighboring vehicle or an obstacle while the corresponding vehicle is moved. To this end, the method for controlling the brake of a parked vehicle comprises: a step of determining whether the vehicle is parked in an N-gear with no driver in the vehicle and in an operation released state of a motor operated parking brake; a step of obtaining the distance between the vehicle and a neighboring obstacle by detecting movement of the vehicle through a signal from an acceleration detection part and a distance detection part when parking of the vehicle with no driver, in the N-gear, and in the operation released state of the motor operated parking brake is determined; and a step of generating brake force by controlling the operation of the brake of the vehicle during driving when the distance becomes within the set distance, 1. According to the present invention, a collision with the neighboring obstacle and damage to the vehicle can be prevented.

    본 발명은 주차 차량의 제동 제어 방법에 관한 것으로서, 먼저 주차된 차량의 앞을 자기 차량이 가로막고 있는 상황에서 먼저 주차된 차량의 운전자가 자기 차량을 이동시킬 때 주변 차량이나 장애물과 충돌하지 않도록 이동 중 적절한 제동력을 발생시키는 주차 차량의 제동 제어 방법을 제공하는데 주된 목적이 있는 것이다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위해, 차량이 운전자 미탑승 상태로 기어단이 N단이고 전동식 주차 브레이크의 작동 해제 상태로 주차 중인지를 판단하는 단계; 운전자 미탑승, N단, 전동식 주차 브레이크의 작동 해제 상태의 주차 중임을 판단한 경우 속도 감지부 및 거리 감지부의 신호로부터 차량 이동을 감지하여 차량과 주변 장애물 간의 거리를 취득하는 단계; 및 상기 거리가 설정거리1 이내가 된 경우 주행 중 차량 브레이크의 작동을 제어하여 제동력을 발생시키는 단계를 포함하는 주차 차량의 제동 제어 방법이 개시된다.
