The present invention relates to a monitoring system for a marine charge and discharge controller and, more specifically, to a system for easily monitoring and controlling a state of the charge and discharge controller at close range, wherein the charge and discharge controller supplies power to a plurality of rods installed in an aids-to-navigation facility. The monitoring system for a marine charge and discharge controller comprises: a control module which generates state information guiding an electrical performance of the marine charge and discharge controller in accordance with predetermined protocol and controls transmission to a paired controller; a local area network module transmitting the state information generated by the control module when a local area network channel is generated to the outside; and a controller generating a control command for controlling an electrical performance with the charge and discharge controller based on the state information and transmitting the control command to the charge and discharge controller through a link connection unit.

    본 발명은 충방전조절기의 모니터링 시스템에 관한 것으로, 좀더 자세히 설명하면 항로표지 시설에 복수개의 로드가 설치되어 있을 때, 상기 로드로 전원을 공급하는 충방전조절기의 상태를 근거리에서 용이하게 모니터링하고 컨트롤할 수 있는 시스템에 관한 것이다.
