Disclosed is a motor-operated power steering relative to coupling composition of a pinion sensor assembly in a motor-operated power steering of a steering device for a vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the motor-operated power steering comprises: a rack bar transmitting a driving force to a vehicle wheel; and a pinion sensor assembly wherein a pinion shaft is provided for torque transmitted from a steering wheel to be transmitted to the rack bar. The pinion sensor assembly comprises: an input shaft connected to steering shaft; a pinion shaft wherein the input shaft is coupled to an upper portion, and a pinion gear is provided to be engaged to the rack bar in a lower portion; and a torsion bar penetrating through the input shaft in an axial direction, and accommodated in the pinion shaft. In a coupling portion between the input shaft and the pinion shaft, each tapered portion is formed to be loosely engaged to each other.

    차량용 조향장치의 전동식 파워 스티어링에서 피니언 센서 어셈블리의 결합 구성에 관한 전동식 파워 스티어링이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전동식 파워 스티어링은 차량의 휠로 구동력을 전달하는 랙바와, 피니언축이 마련되어 조향휠로부터 전달된 토크를 랙바로 전달하는 피니언 센서 어셈블리를 포함하는 전동식 파워 스티어링에 있어서, 피니언 센서 어셈블리는 조향축과 연결되는 입력축과, 상부에는 입력축이 결합되고 하부에는 랙바와 치합되도록 피니언기어가 마련되는 피니언축과, 입력축을 축방향으로 관통하고 피니언축에 수용되는 토션바를 포함하고, 입력축과 피니언축의 결합부에는 각각 테이퍼가 형성되어 서로 헐거운 끼워맞춤 된다.
