The present invention relates to a tire tread rubber composition using mesoporous silica. More specifically, provided is a tread rubber composition which can increase brake power in a wet road with snow, ice, and/or water. To this end, the tire tread rubber composition contains 10-50 parts by weight of mesoporous silica with respect to 100 parts by weight of raw rubber.
