The present invention relates to a battery terminal connection structure of an IBS clamp for a vehicle, which strengthens a coupling force by a plurality of protrusions in an internal side surface of a coupling hole when coupling a battery terminal and an IBS clamp by forming the protrusions in an internal side surface of the battery terminal coupling hole of the IBS clamp for a vehicle. The battery terminal connection structure forms a coupling hole to couple a battery terminal to the clamp, wherein an internal diameter of an upper portion and a lower portion of the coupling hole is equally formed. Moreover, in an internal side plate of the coupling hole, a protrusion having an embossing structure to improve a coupling force with the battery terminal is formed to have a predetermined size and at a predetermined distance.
본 발명은 차량용 IBS 클램프의 배터리 단자 결합 홀 내측면에 다수의 돌기(돌극)를 형성하여 배터리 단자와 IBS 클램프의 결합 홀과의 결합시 상기 결합홀 내측면의 다수의 돌기에 의해 체결력을 강화시키도록 한 차량용 IBS 클램프의 배터리 단자 결합구조에 관한 것으로서, 상기 배터리 단자 결합구조는, 상기 클램프에 배터리 단자와 체결되도록 결합 홀을 형성하고, 상기 결합 홀의 상부 및 하부의 내경이 동일하게 형성되고, 상기 결합 홀 내측 플레이트에는 상기 배터리 단자와의 체결력을 향상시키기 위한 엠보싱 구조의 돌기가 일정 크기 및 간격으로 형성되는 것이다.
