The present invention relates to a terminal for mooring a floating structure and a device for opening a cover of the terminal for mooring a floating structure. A floating structure such as a power plant is enclosed and floats in a terminal dock where the bottom surface is formed below the seafloor, and when the surrounding weather conditions are bad due to the occurrence of typhoons, tsunamis and the like, the water level of the terminal dock is lowered so as to safely moor the floating structure, and when the water level in the terminal dock is increased in case of emergency, a cover of the terminal dock can be opened by using the buoyancy of the floating structure installed in the terminal dock.

    본 발명은 부유체 계류용 터미널 및 그 부유체 계류용 터미널의 덮개 개방장치에 관한 것으로, 바닥면이 해저 면보다 낮게 형성된 터미널 도크에서 터미널 도크 안에 발전플랜트와 같은 부유체를 가두어 부상시키되, 태풍이나 해일 등이 발생하여 주변의 기상 상태가 좋지 않은 경우에 터미널 도크의 수위를 낮추어서 그 부유체를 안전하게 계류함은 물론 비상 상황 발생시 터미널 도크 안의 수위(水位)가 상승하는 경우에 터미널 도크 안에 설치된 부력체의 부력을 이용하여 터미널 도크 덮개를 개방할 수 있다.
