The present invention relates to an overheat detecting device for a heater of a fuel cell vehicle which can effectively and quickly detect overheat of a cooling water heater for a fuel cell vehicle. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the overheat detecting device for a heater of a fuel cell vehicle which installs a temperature measuring means at only one heater of heater members configuring a heater module to heat cooling water of a stack of a fuel cell, and connects the remaining heater members to a heater member having the temperature measuring means installed therein to be able to transfer heat through a heat transfer pin, thereby using the temperature measuring means in common, and more effectively detecting overheat of the heater.

    본 발명은 연료전지차량용 냉각수 히터의 과열을 효과적으로 신속하게 감지할 수 있는 연료전지차량의 히터 과열 감지 장치에 관한 것으로, 연료전지 스택의 냉각수 가열을 위한 히터모듈을 구성하는 히터부재들 중 하나의 히터에만 온도측정수단을 설치하고 나머지 히터부재는 열전달핀을 통해 상기 온도측정수단이 설치된 히터부재와 열전달 가능하게 연결함으로써 상기 온도측정수단을 공용으로 사용하고 히터 과열을 보다 효율적으로 감지할 수 있는 연료전지차량의 히터 과열 감지 장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
