Disclosed are a metal fuel recycling system of a submarine and a method thereof. According to an aspect of the present invention, the metal fuel recycling system of a submarine, comprises: a metal fuel storage which stores metal fuel in the submarine; a reactor generating hydrogen using the metal fuel; a fuel cell which receives hydrogen generated from the reactor; and a reduction plant which is provided at an outside of a pressure hull of the submarine and reduces remaining metal oxides or hydroxides which are used for reaction in the reactor to supply into the metal fuel storage.

    잠수함의 금속연료 재생 시스템 및 방법에 관하여 개시한다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 잠수함 내에서 금속연료를 저장하는 금속연료저장소와, 금속연료를 이용하여 수소를 발생시키는 반응기와, 반응기로부터 발생된 수소를 제공받는 연료전지 및, 잠수함의 압력선체 외부에 구비되며, 반응기에서 반응에 이용되고 남은 금속 산화물 또는 수산화물을 환원시켜 금속연료저장소로 공급하는 환원플랜트를 포함하는 잠수함의 금속연료 재생 시스템을 제공할 수 있다.
