The present invention relates to a cooling water heating type heater and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a cooling water heating type heater and a manufacturing method thereof, which improves heat transfer efficiency between a heating body and cooling water by allowing cooling water to flow between a heating pipe and a flow distribution pipe as the flow distribution pipe is formed inside the heating pipe where a cylindrical heating body is formed, thereby lowering the surface temperature of the heating body. Thus, the present invention improves the durability of the heating body and prevents the deterioration of electronic parts arranged to be adjacent to the heating body.
본 발명은 냉각수 가열식 히터 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 원통형태의 발열체가 형성된 발열 파이프의 내부에 유동분배 파이프가 구비되어 발열 파이프와 유동분배 파이프 사이로 냉각수가 유동되도록 함으로써, 발열체와 냉각수 간의 열전달 효율을 향상시켜 발열체의 표면온도를 낮출 수 있으며, 이로 인해 발열체의 내구성 향상 및 발열체에 근접하여 배치된 전자부품 들의 열화를 방지할 수 있는 냉각수 가열식 히터 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
