The present invention provides a boundary block for both a curb and a bicycle stand. The boundary block has a hole 1 formed on a lateral surface thereof to allow a chain to be coupled thereto, which is a chain used to fixate a bicycle or prevent theft, and a hole 2 formed on an upper part thereof to allow a bicycle wheel to be placed thereon; thus the bicycle is fixated by placing wheel 3 on hole 2. The boundary block for both curb and bicycle stand occupies a smaller space when compared with an existing bicycle stand, and saves costs and time for installation.
