An assist apparatus for the turning and deceleration of a ship according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a wire control part which is installed in a bow part of a ship, is installed in one side of a receiving frame having a receiving space communicating with the outside, has first and second wires, and controls the winding degree of the first and second wires; and a water pressure resisting part which is connected to the wire control part by the first and second wires to be received in the receiving space in a folded state and has a structure separated from the receiving space by releasing the first and second wires and unfolded by water pressure applied to the ship while the ship sails, wherein the water pressure resisting part decelerates the ship while resisting water pressure in an unfolded state.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 선박의 선회 및 감속 보조장치는 선박의 선수부에 설치되고 외부와 연통되는 수납공간이 마련된 수납프레임의 일측에 설치되고, 제 1 와이어와 제 2 와이어가 구비되어 제 1 와이어와 제 2 와이어의 감김정도를 조작하는 와이어조작부; 및 제 1 와이어와 제 2 와이어에 의해 와이어조작부에 연결되어, 접힘상태에서 수납공간에 수용되고, 제 1 와이어와 제 2 와이어가 풀려지면서 수납공간에서 분리되면서 운항 중에 상기 선박에 가해지는 수압에 의해 펼쳐지는 구조를 가진 수압저항부를 포함하고, 수압저항부는 펼침상태에서 수압에 저항하면서 선박의 속도를 감속하는 것이 바람직하다.
