Provided in the present invention are a method for manufacturing a cardanol-based organic vulcanizing agent comprising the step of reacting a cashew nut extract and a sulfur powder, a cardanol-based organic vulcanizing agent manufactured by the same, and a rubber compound and a tire composition using the same. The rubber composition using the cardanol-based organic vulcanizing agent of the present invention has improved predicted driving mileage (FPS), tensile strength (T/S), raw state properties, and wet surface gripping force compared with a case of using an existing vulcanizing agent, and dedicates to improvement of automotive abrasion of a tire which is a final product using the same, thereby being used in a rubber composition used in a rubber vulcanizing process for a tire tread.

    본 발명은 캐슈넛 추출물 및 분말황을 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 카다놀 기반 유기 가황제의 제조방법, 이에 따라 제조되는 카다놀 기반 유기 가황제 및 이를 이용한 고무 컴파운드 및 타이어 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 카다놀 기반 유기 가황제를 사용한 고무 조성물은 예상 주행 마일리지(FPS), 인장강도(T/S, Tensile strength), 미가류 특성 및 젖은 노면 접지력 특성이 종래의 가황제를 사용할 때에 비하여 현저히 향상되며 이를 이용한 최종 제품인 타이어의 실차 마모 성능 향상에 기여하는바, 타이어 트레드용 고무 가황 공정에 사용되는 고무배합 조성물에 유용하게 적용될 수 있다.
