본 발명은, 경로마다 미리 결정된 해당 경로의 주행 속도 정보를 포함하는 도로 정보를 취득하는 취득 수단(110)과, 주행 예정 경로의 주행 속도 정보에 기초하여, 소정의 공기 저항 산출식에 의해, 주행 예정 경로를 주행한 경우의 공기 저항을 공기 저항 산출값으로서 산출하고, 주행 예정 경로에 있어서의 주행 속도가 늦을수록, 주행 예정 경로를 주행한 경우의 공기 저항이 커지도록, 산출한 공기 저항 산출값을 보정하는 공기 저항 산출 수단(140, 150)과, 보정된 공기 저항 산출값에 기초하여, 주행 예정 경로에 있어서의 에너지 소비량을 예측하는 에너지 소비량 예측 수단(150)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 소비량 예측 장치이다.

The air resistance is caused when a vehicle travels along a scheduled traveling route. The energy consumption predicting unit (150) is configured to predict an energy consumption of the scheduled traveling route on the basis of the corrected air resistance value.
