The present invention relates to an apparatus to control an overhead traveling crane. The apparatus to control an overhead traveling crane comprises: a sensor unit sensing a worker moving an overhead traveling crane; a control unit stopping the crane when a distance between the worker and the crane sensed through the sensor unit is within a preset critical value; and an output unit outputting a warning when the distance between the worker and the crane is within the critical value based on the control of the control unit.

    본 발명은 천장 크레인의 제어장치에 관한 것으로, 천장 크레인용 레일을 이동하는 작업자를 감지하는 센서부, 센서부를 통해 감지되는 작업자와 크레인의 거리가 미리 설정된 임계치 이내인 것으로 판단되면 상기 크레인을 정지시키는 제어부 및 제어부의 제어에 기초하여 작업자와 크레인의 거리가 상기 임계치 이내인 경우에 경고를 출력하는 출력부를 포함한다.
