The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling a signal and speed of a train by using light (laser) to drastically increase safety. The apparatus compensates for technical limits of the currently used train signal system. The apparatus is divided into a light signal device (100) and a vehicle mounting device (200). The light signal device (100) comprises a signal transfer unit (110), a distance measuring unit (120), an operation control unit (140), and a speed control unit (130). The vehicle mounting device (200) is installed being divided into a light (image) sensor unit (210) and a control unit (220).

    [요약본] 본 발명은 현재 사용되고 있는 철도 신호시스템의 기계적인 한계를 보완하기 위한 것으로 광(레이저)를 이용하여 철도의 신호와 속도를 제어, 안전도를 현저하게 향상시키는 장치로 광신호기(100)와 차량탑제장치(200)로 나뉘며, 광신호기(110)는 신호전송부(110), 거리측정부(120), 연산제어부(140), 속도제어부(130)로 구성되고, 차량탑제장치(200)는 광(이미지)센서부(210), 제어통제부(220)로 나누어 설치된다.
