The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an aircraft fuselage having an integrated stringer. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps: forming an aircraft fuselage member by stacking a composite material on the outer circumferential surface of a tubular mold main body which is rotatable at a predetermined height; forming a stringer by stacking the composite material on a stringer mold; bringing the fuselage member and the stringer into contact by removing the fuselage member on an upper portion of the stringer formed on the stringer mold from the mold main body; and moving the stringer mold, having the fuselage member in close contact with an upper portion of the stringer, into an autoclave, and hardening the fuselage member and the stringer at high temperature and high pressure to integrate the same. Therefore, the autocrat fuselage member and the stringer can be integrated with simple processes of being bonded and hardened right after being layered with the composite material.

    본 발명은 스트링거가 일체화된 항공기 동체 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 일정높이에서 회전가능한 관형상의 몰드본체의 외주면에 복합재를 적층하여 항공기 동체부재를 형성하는 단계; 스트링거몰드에 복합재를 적층하여 스트링거를 형성하는 단계; 상기 스트링거몰드 상에 형성된 스트링거 상부에 상기 동체부재를 상기 몰드본체로부터 이형하여 상기 동체부재와 스트링거를 밀착하는 단계; 상기 스트링거 상부에 동체부재가 밀착된 상기 스트링거몰드를 오토클레이브 내로 이동시켜 고온, 고압 하에 상기 동체부재와 스트링거를 경화하여 일체화하는 단계;가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하여 항공기 동체와 스트링거를 복합재로 적층된 후 바로 접착하고 경화하여 간결한 공정으로 일체화할 수 있는 스트링거가 일체화된 항공기 동체 제작방법을 제공하는 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
