The power receiving device (200) comprises a magnetic shield (500). The magnetic shield (500) includes a first magnetic shield (520) located in a power receiving part (210), a conductive sheet (510) which is opposite to the power receiving part (210) by interposing the magnetic shield (520), and a second magnetic sheet (530) which is opposite to the first magnetic shield (520) by interposing the conductive sheet (510).
