Disclosed are a modularized quad-rotor control system and a control method thereof. The present invention uses a nine axis inertial navigation system based on a quad-rotor with four motors to measure the posture and motion of a flying object, and controls a modularized controller to improve the performance and efficiency of a system. Thus, the stability of quad-rotor is increased. The adjustment/control of the quad-rotor can be easily carried out. Especially, the performance of a hovering can be improved.
